Scope of this site

Everything on nexusatlas.dev — documentation, reference material, examples, posture statements — is provided for information and evaluation purposes. It describes the current release as accurately as we can and is corrected when wrong, but it is not a specification, not an offer, and not a warranty of fitness for any purpose. Product specifications, acceptance criteria, support commitments, licence terms and prices exist exclusively in executed agreements between Nexus Atlas and a counterparty — never on a web page.

Software and access

Nexus Atlas software is proprietary and licensed, not sold. Release artifacts obtained through this portal are for the approved organisation's evaluation under the terms accompanying the grant; redistribution requires written permission. Access approvals may be declined or revoked where distribution would conflict with applicable export-control or sanctions rules.
