Documents the atlasd v0.2 release lineView as Markdown

This portal is documentation. It runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies, and loads nothing from third parties. The one place it processes personal data is the access-request form, and this page says exactly what happens to it.

What we collect, and why

  • Access requests: the name, organisation, work email, role, country and use-case description you submit — processed to review the request, respond, and (if approved) administer your organisation's access, including records of which release artifacts were delivered. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in controlled distribution of dual-use software and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Technical logs: standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, requested path, user agent) for security and operations.

What we don't do

  • No analytics or advertising trackers, first- or third-party.
  • No sale or sharing of your data with third parties; processors are limited to our email delivery provider for transactional mail.
  • No automated decision-making — a person reads every access request.

Retention and your rights

Access-request records are kept while your organisation's access is active and as required for export-control and distribution recordkeeping thereafter. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at office@nexusatlas.io; where deletion conflicts with a legal retention duty, we will say so and state the basis. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; ours is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Controller: Nexus Atlas. Contact: office@nexusatlas.io. This notice covers nexusatlas.dev; the other Nexus Atlas sites carry their own notices.
